หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Business Management: Oversee overall studio operations, maintain high service quality standards, and drive sales of training services.
• • Physical Assessment: Conduct postural, strength, and cardiovascular assessments and programming consultations for new and current members. to co-design personalized programs with the training team.
• • Quality Control: Ensure all training sessions adhere to correct physiological principles and maintain safety standards, especially for clients with physical limitations.
• • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, specifically managing "special care" cases (e.g., elderly clients or those recovering from injuries).

• • Communication: Proficiency in both Thai and English (to cater to our diverse clientele).
• • Mindset: A positive "Can-do" attitude, high accountability, and a deep understanding of premium private service.
